Resident-first, by design
- ID documents are collected only for the verification the law requires, stored encrypted and visible only to managers you authorise.
- Every deposit deduction needs a reason and, where possible, a photo. Residents see both before the refund is closed.
- The AI Occupancy Forecaster predicts demand for beds. It never scores, ranks or rejects individual residents.
- Resident data belongs to the operator, is never sold, and is deleted once the legally required retention period ends.
Does it handle meal plans?
Yes. Publish the weekly menu, let residents opt out of meals in advance, and bill meal plans per bed if they are charged separately.
Do residents have to install anything?
No. The app works in a browser. Installing it on the phone simply adds notifications.
Can residents see other residents?
No. Residents only see their own bed, bills, complaints and the house notices.
Can parents get receipts?
Residents can add a guardian email to receive rent receipts, common for student hostels.
