Every plan is priced per bed per month. Add managers, wardens and accountants at no extra cost.
Change rooms anytime
Move up or down between plans as your bed count changes. Billing adjusts from the next cycle.
Gateway charges, separately
UPI and card charges on rent are billed at gateway cost, listed on their own line.
Count only live beds
Beds blocked for repair or closed for the season do not count towards your bill.

Is the Single plan really free?
Yes. Up to 20 beds on one property, with Bed Board, Rent Collect and Complaint Box, for as long as you like. No card is needed to start.
How is my bed count calculated?
We count beds that are live on your Bed Board at the start of each billing cycle. Blocked and closed beds are not counted.
What happens when I cross 20 beds?
You will be asked to move to Shared. Nothing stops working while you decide, and your data stays as it is.
Do you charge on the rent I collect?
No commission. Only the payment gateway's own charges apply, shown separately on each statement.
